Between 11.30am and 4.30pm on Sunday anumber of items were stolen from a house on Koonella Street including an iPhone, iPad and a Samsung Galaxy tablet.
Entry was gained by removing a window screen.
Two teenagers were seen near the premises just after 2pm on the same day.
They are described as males of aboriginal appearance, about 15-years-old wearing black clothing.
One of the alleged offenders was wearing a Mallee Park jumper or jacket.
Just before 5.30pm on Monday the occupants of a Fram Street home were confronted by a man who entered the property through an unlocked rear door but ran off when he realised the occupants were home.
No one was physically injured during the incident.
The teenager is described as being about15-years-old, of aboriginal appearance, with a slim build, wearing a black jumper or jacket with a hood and black pants.
Police are investigating if the incidents are related.

These incidents follow the arrest of four people in relation to a series of break-ins in recent weeks.
Three of them are still in custody.
The fourth, a juvenile has cut off his home detention bracelet and police are looking for him in the community.
However police are not alleging he was involved in this week’s break-ins.
